Are you a skilled and adaptable veterinarian with a passion for large animals? Taupō Veterinary Centre is looking for a confident Large Animal or Mixed Vet (with a large animal bias) to join our team from January 2026 – with the option of a fixed-term or permanent position.

Large Animal Focus: You’re experienced in dairy cattle work and comfortable in the field. Equine work is minimal and optional –we’ll tailor the role to suit your strengths.
Flexibility & Initiative: Whether you’re lookingfor 3–5 days a week or something more permanent, you’re proactive, organised,and ready to contribute to a collaborative team.
Team Player: You’re happy to be part of the afterhours roster and enjoy working alongside a supportive, experienced crew.
