What the role involves:
· Leading a small team of Rural VetTechs, supporting their day-to-day work, training, and development
· Delivering services including disbudding, dry cow therapy & teatsealing, metrichecking, body condition scoring, and vaccinating
· Working closely with our vets and farmers to ensure high-quality care and great service
· Managing schedules, stock, and service coordination alongside the clinic team
What we’re looking for:
· A qualified or experienced Veterinary Technician, with experience working within the dairy industry
· Proven leadership qualities, or a genuine interest in developing these skills
· Organised, positive, and confident in both practical work and customer service
· Able to lead by example and bring out the best in a team
· A full NZ driver’s licence and a strong commitment to health and safety
